RP Idea: Notice board

Last night, when I was lost in delirium, I had an idea about RP.
I thought it would be nice for the tribe to have their own board of sorts, where they pin notes regarding what they currently want/could use and other errands. It could be a way to keep contact outside of our /G connection as well, and set up small RP things between people who don't usually RP together.

For example, there could be notes saying "I need two hyena hides to make for a thick cloak for my son. Will pay the hunter who gives me them in booze!" or "I will be venturing south to watch the borders of Dustwallow. The alliance are on the move. Any orcs willing, meet up in Ratchet two days from now. And eh.. bring your subtelty" ooooorrr.. "Gruulg, I have admired your butt for a long time now. Meet me in Razor hill for a more thorough inspection".

And so forth. In essence, it will be a place to advertise for things you need, things you can do, people you want to meet, and such. I was thinking about making a thread for this in the IC-section, but we have an entire forum section devoted to this kind of stuff (I believe) right here: http://orcsoftheredblade.com/forum/index.php/board,41.0.html

So what do you think, should we make more use of the poster board and would this bring additional RP?

I think it's worth a try. A similar thing has been tried with the Orgrimmar billboard, but few people seemed to have an interest in placing such things. Perhaps just a thread would change a thing or two about that. Could be worth a try putting up a thread for it in the poster board forum.

But yes, this would be rather useful for sure if folk use it =) I would use it since Mazguul has a 'dangerous shopping list' a mile long and never the time to get things. We just need people to visit the forum more often once they join the guild!
